Option 1: Measure your Finger
  1. Cut a strip of paper or piece of string to a length of 10cm.

  3. Make sure that the paper or string is snug yet comfortable (it should not be pulled tight).
  4. Using a pen, mark the paper or string at the point of connection.
  5. Using a ruler, measure the length of your paper or string in (mm).
  6. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size.

  1. Find a ring that fits comfortably on your desired finger
  2. Using a ruler, measure the internal diameter of the ring in (mm).
  3. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size

Shipping

Delivery is FREE on all orders over $120.00.  For orders under $120, the standard delivery is $12.00. The lead time for standard delivery in Australia is between 48 and 72 hours, depending on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2.00pm.  If you live in a remote area, then delivery can take longer and delivery can also be longer during peak times such as Christmas. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 day of receipt of the item. Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork. Items will not be eligible for return if: The item is damaged; The item has been worn; The item has been modified in any way. Items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. The return will be processed to your original form of payment, less shipping fees if applicable. We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
