AAA Quality Cubic Zirconia: Cubic zirconia is a stone that looks similar to natural diamonds, but is made of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2). The benefits of this stone type include they are conflict free, affordable, durable and have a high sparkle. The AAA grade quality we use are some of the best available to meet this grade standard, chosen for their premium clear colour, sparkle and strong durability. Our Cubic Zirconia stones are sourced from the most renowned suppliers and made to last.

18K Gold Vermeil: Gold vermeil has a base layer of 925 sterling silver. This is an alloy composed of at least 92.5% pure silver. This is four times thicker than most other plated jewellery which usually receives only 0.5 microns, known in the industry as ‘flash plating’. Gold vermeil is the closest alternative to look and durability of solid gold, with a more affordable price.

Adjustable Length: Many of our bracelets and necklaces feature an extension chain, which allows you to adjust the length to fit you perfectly and according to the neckline of your outfit. We also sell additional chain extenders, which can be added to bracelets or necklaces to add up to 5cm additional length.

All Saint Valentine Jewellery purchases made through our online store and boutiques come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over $120. For orders under $120: $9 flat rate shipping by Australia Post Express. Deliveries are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days by Australia Post Express. Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an ‘Awaiting Collection’ card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged. Any parcels that are returned to us, will incur a $9 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. You will be contacted via email to arrange this. If there is no correspondence atter 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $9. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or items lost in transit once they have been collected by our shipping carrier.

Returns

We are pleased to offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt of your package.  Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork. Items will not be eligible for return if: The item is damaged; The item has been worn; The item has been modified in anyway; The item is a SALE item. Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.
