• Crafted from high quality stainless steel with 18k gold plating (this base metal retains plating to a very high standard).
• 15cm in length with 3cm extension chain, 18cm total length.

To maintain its original lustre, we suggest removing this bracelet before exercising, bathing and sleeping.

Nickel Free & Hypoallergenic: Our jewellery is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead free. This means that our pieces are safe to wear with sensitive skin and do not cause irritation or markings.

Adjustable Length: Many of our bracelets and necklaces feature an extension chain, which allows you to adjust the length to fit you perfectly and according to the neckline of your outfit. We also sell additional chain extenders, which can be added to bracelets or necklaces to add up to 5cm additional length.

Waterproof: Pieces made with a stainless steel base and gold plating are naturally waterproof or water resistant, as a chemical bonding occurs between these materials during the plating process. This is why we choose this combination of materials for some of our best selling everyday chain styles, allowing for the longevity of everyday wear. We do however recommend you avoid exposure to perfume, chlorine, alcohol and other chemicals as these can affect the durability of the plating even on waterproof pieces. Ensure to polish your pieces regularly using a jewellery polishing cloth and store it in original packaging in a place free from humidity. Specialty jewellery polishing cloths can be purchased here on our website.

All Saint Valentine Jewellery purchases made through our online store and boutiques come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over $120.

For orders under $120: $9 flat rate shipping by Australia Post Express.

Deliveries are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days by Australia Post Express.

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an ‘Awaiting Collection’ card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged.

Any parcels that are returned to us, will incur a $9 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. You will be contacted via email to arrange this. If there is no correspondence atter 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $9.

Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or items lost in transit once they have been collected by our shipping carrier.

Returns

We are pleased to offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt of your package. 

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a SALE item.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.
