Due to the nature of plated jewellery we recommend you remove your earrings before swimming, bathing and sleeping to maintain their original lustre.

Nickel Free & Hypoallergenic: Our jewellery is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead free. This means that our pieces are safe to wear with sensitive skin and do not cause irritation or markings.

High-quality gold plating: We add a minimum of 1 micron of 18 karat yellow gold plating by hand to all of our products. Our gold plating is up to four times thicker than most other plated jewellery which usually receives only 0.5 microns, known in the industry as ‘flash plating’.

To maintain the durability and lustre of your plated piece, we recommend that you remove it before swimming, bathing, exercising and sleeping and that you polish the piece regularly and store it in original packaging in a place free from humidity.

All Saint Valentine Jewellery purchases come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over $120. For orders under $120: $9 flat rate shipping for your region. Deliveries are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days by Australia Post Express. Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an ‘Awaiting Collection’ card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged. Any parcels that are returned to us, will incur a $9 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. You will be contacted via email to arrange this. If there is no correspondence atter 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $9. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or items lost in transit once they have been collected by our shipping carrier.

Returns

We are pleased to offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt of your package.  Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork. Items will not be eligible for return if: The item is damaged; The item has been worn; The item has been modified in anyway; The item is a SALE item. Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. We do not offer exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.
