Inspired by a heart-warming tale with sentimental significance, Pia’s dear friend, a fellow fisherman, found a perfectly preserved starfish on the shores of the Abrolhos Islands – a rare find for such a delicate creature. Inspired by the beauty of the moment, Pia immortalised this precious creature by crafting a mould and casting it in radiant gold.
