Freya Earrings – Gold Vermeil

Our Freya Earrings offer a modern twist to the classic drop pearl earrings. A larger freshwater baroque pearl is secured onto a pearl drop stud using fine, dainty chain, available in 14K gold filled. We adore the Freya Earrings for a bride on her special day, or for those simply looking to dress up an outfit.

• Materials: 14K gold filled, with two natural white freshwater pearls per earring.
• Dimensions: 8cm in Length.

Please note that freshwater pearls are unique and irregular in shape and size. There may also be slight differences or markings on all stones, metals and finishings given the nature of handmade items and human error. This can include uneven surfaces, size and shape variations, colour variations and tool marks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all order within Australia over AUD $70.

For orders under AUD $70, a standard shipping fee of AUD $10 applies.

All orders valued AUD $200 or more are send via Free Express Post Shipping.

All orders are sent by registered mail and may require a signature. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s)* once your order has been posted.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Please note that shipping and deliveries will not be available on weekends and/or holidays. See below for estimated shipping time frames once the shipment is received by Australia Post:

Express: Approx. 2-7 business days; Standard Post: Approx. 7-13 business days

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on jewellery if the item is damaged or the incorrect item has been sent to you.

If you have received a damaged item or incorrect item and wish to return it, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items must be in their original packaging including original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. The cost of returning any product is your responsibility, therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not liable or responsible for our affiliate delivery services. In the event of undelivered or lost parcels, reimbursement should be sought be the assigned delivery service. We reserve the right to review any and all undelivered and/or lost parcels and may provide reimbursement in the form of store credit. In the event that store credit is issued, the store credit is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue.

We do not accept exchanged as items may sell out while the requested exchange is being processed.
