A little sparkle…like, seriously little and super sparkly! Our staple Neo 3 claw diamond studs with our tiniest diamond yet. Wear these dainty sparkly babes alone or, if you have multiple piercings stack them up!

Shipping

14 Oct - Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will be not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is specified as non-returnable in its description;
• The item is a final sale item.

To return an item, simply:

1. Email customerservice@skatt.com.au with your Order Number and details of the item you wish to return.
2. A pre-paid return label will then be emailed to you.
3. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and ensure that you include the item together with the original paperwork in your parcel.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out whilst the requested exchange is being processed.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your By Baby jewellery and we understand that sometimes, it's not quite right.

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.

The shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
