Option 1: Measure your Finger
  1. Cut a strip of paper or piece of string to a length of 10cm.

  3. Make sure that the paper or string is snug yet comfortable (it should not be pulled tight).
  4. Using a pen, mark the paper or string at the point of connection.
  5. Using a ruler, measure the length of your paper or string in (mm).
  6. Use the size chart to find your perfect ring size.

All orders above $30 are sent using FREE Express Shipping through Australia Post. Please note, your shipping time does include production time. Each parcel sent will require a signature on delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number. (Orders under $30 will incur a shipping fee of $9.95). The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your By Baby jewellery and we understand that sometimes, it’s just not quite right. You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork. Items will not be eligible for return if: The item is damaged; The item has been worn; The item has been modified in any way; The item is a SALE item. Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If shipping costs were applied to your original order, these costs are non-refundable and will be deduced from your refund amount.
