Nearly all Linda Tahija pieces are made using the ancient process of lost wax casting and are then hand finished. Each jewellery piece passes through many skilled, talented hands to bring our creations to life.

All diamonds and gemstones are natural and untreated, and sourced from responsible sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with UN resolutions.

Shipping

Free express shipping for all order over $200 within Australia.

Orders under $200: $15 flat rate.

All goods are shipping using Australia Post Express. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery is estimated as next day for Registered Express depending on your location in Australia.

The delivery times provided are estimates only and we will not be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If no one is at your specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Returns

FULL PRICED items can be returned for a refund, less delivery charges.

Items eligible for return should be returned in their original condition, it its original packaging and with all paperwork.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged;
• The item has been worn;
• The item has been modified in anyway;
• The item is a SALE item.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of delivery of the item.

To return an item, please email customerservice@skatt.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. The return instructions will then be emailed to you.
